Oven-baked potato wedges

I thought I would start with a simple recipe for oven- baken potato wedges, a delicious, homemade, healthier alternative to fries.  These are very easy to prepare in the oven, and are a great side dish to go with hamburgers, pork chops, and many other foods.

Ingredients:
4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 tsp. seasoning salt of Cajun seasoning

Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes in half crosswise, then cut each half into 4 large wedges.  In a medium-sized bowl, toss potatoes with oil until coated.

Place potato wedges, cut sides down, on a large baking sheet,  lined with foil if desired.

Bake for 15 minutes.  Remove baking sheet from oven and turn each wedge over.  Bake for another 15 minutes.  Remove potatoes from oven, and let cool for 5 minutes.  Serve immediately.
